The Story
A Bloom, Worked Close
Gulaar takes its name from a flowering tree, and the pattern follows: a dense floral medallion worked in relief at the centre, its vines loosening toward a soft scalloped edge.
Egret and Delicacy keep Gulaar's medallion pale and warm, the vine only a shade deeper than the cream ground it grows from.

Made to soften, deepen, and stay.
Wool, woven over 6 to 10 weeks at our Jaipur atelier. Tones may drift subtly across a piece. That drift is the maker's handwriting, and it deepens beautifully with years of light.
- Do not brush or scrub the rug.
- Only vacuum clean it periodically. Avoid using the vacuum's beater brush mode.
- If spills occur, blot immediately. Do not rub the stain.
- Rotate occasionally to equalize wear.
- Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening and piling.
- If a thread comes loose, do not pull the yarn. Trim it with scissors instead.
- Periodic professional cleaning is recommended.
