Honestly: swatches reach you within 48 hours, the design conversation takes one to two weeks, and the weaving three to five. Most rooms meet their rug inside two months.

No. Photographs of the room are more than enough. We have started commissions from a floor plan, a paint chip, and once, a poem.

Until you approve the final artwork, everything is open: colour, scale, pattern, fibre. After the loom begins, changes mean beginning again, so we never rush the approval.

Each piece is quoted individually. Fibre, density and size set the price. We quote before a single knot is tied, and the quote holds.

Every piece is hand-made in India, woven at our Jaipur atelier by artisan communities whose skills pass from hand to hand, generation to generation.

Knots per square inch: the density of a hand-knotted rug. Ours range from 15 to over 200. Higher density holds finer detail; lower density carries bolder pattern. Neither is better; they are different sentences.

Yes. We work exclusively with natural fibres and yarns, sourced and spun in small batches. Tones drift subtly between batches. That drift is the maker's handwriting. See The Language of Fibre for the full picture.

With warmth, yes. The Jaipur studio welcomes visits by appointment. You will see the looms, touch the fibres, and likely be offered tea more than once.

A video consultation walks through your room wherever you are. The first sitting is complimentary, always.

In Jaipur and Delhi NCR, we come to the space itself. The room tells us things a photograph cannot.
